Alpha Commerz LTD. is currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as the Executive for Business Development and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and organize the sales with growth, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
•  Develop comprehensive business plans to drive sales and achieve targets.
•  Collaborate with the marketing department to generate high-quality leads.
•  Monitor and track sales goals, regularly reporting results to senior management.
•  Set individual sales targets for team members and provide necessary support and guidance to help them achieve success.
•  Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
•  Motivate and counsel sales team members to promote a high-performance culture.
•  Promote the organization and its products to target customers.
•  Analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement
•  Understand our ideal customers and their needs in order to effectively align them with our products.

Requirements:

•  Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
•  Female Candidates will be preferred.
•  Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
•  Knowledge of market research and analysis
•  Previous experience in a sales-related role is advantageous.

Employment Status: Full-Time ( 6 Days/Week ) 

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
