A leading innovator in the e-commerce space is seeking a seasoned and strategic Sr. Manager to lead our Business Development and Sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to significantly expand our online presence and customer base.

Responsibilities: 

1. Forge Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and structure win-win B2B and B2C partnerships to unlock new customer segments, expand market reach, and unlock additional revenue streams.

2. Become an E-commerce Inventory Guru: Go beyond sales and leverage your leadership to monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

3. Drive Explosive Sales Growth: Not just exceeding targets, but becoming a sales growth architect, responsible for implementing innovative strategies and exceeding ambitious revenue goals.

4. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be the e-commerce oracle, possessing a deep understanding of current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously adapt and optimize the sales approach.

5. Build a Customer-Centric Culture: Go beyond closing deals. Actively analyze and utilize product reviews and customer feedback to improve product offerings and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

6. Become a Data-Driven Leader: Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports, encompassing sales, returns, fees, and market trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

7. Orchestrate Sales Excellence: Supervise and organize the sales team with a focus on growth, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and a collaborative environment.

8. Craft Winning Strategies: Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to drive sales, exceed targets, and achieve sustainable growth.

9. Foster Collaboration & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing department to generate high-quality leads and fuel the sales pipeline.

10. Empower Your Team: Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

11. Ignite the Sales Force: Motivate and counsel sales team members, cultivating a high-performance environment and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.

12. Champion the Brand: Become a passionate advocate for the organization and its products, effectively promoting them to target audiences and driving brand awareness.

Employment Status: Full-Time ( 6 Days/Week ) 

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30  pm
